The wood looks really nice, hopefully they sell replacement sets. My Remington-era 336 has the laminate looking wood and this would be a nice upgrade assuming the fit is tight.

Ruger is putting the nicest piece of walnut they have available

They do look good.......

I handled one of the 1894 Rugers in 44 last night. Well balanced. I will also buy this in stainless when they come out.
