Zeiss 8x40 Victory Binocular #524030 for only $549.99

We just got in 4 of these binoculars. They were demos that got overlooked in inventory. Full warranty, case, strap, caps....Here's the original sales pitch on them below:

Zeiss 8x40 B T* P* Victory #524030 Demo $549.99

A compact, light multi-purpose binocular ideally suited for traveling, photo safaris, hiking, sports events. Thanks to the new wide-angle eyepieces it provides an extremely wide field of view 135 m at 1000 m which even the eyeglass wearer can enjoy. Even in poor light, the very good recognition of detail is amazing. With a weight of only 710 grams, it has no match in its performance class. The optics have been designed using the Advanced Optics System (AOS) from Carl Zeiss and offer many notable benefits: Lens elements with reduced center thickness and prisms of new, lighter types of glass for less weight. New wide-angle high-eyepoint eyepieces for particularly wide fields of view. Abbe-Koenig reversal prisms which display only minimal, almost immeasurable loss of light and thus increase transmission and improve twilight performance. New four-element Superachromat lenses to prevent color fringes caused by secondary spectrum and to achieve a short overall length. To top it all, the unique optics of the Victory binoculars are matched by equally advanced mechanical systems: Robust bridge design with a sturdy center shaft for increased protection against the misalignment of the two barrels. New central focusing combined with a lockable diopter adjustment in the 8x40 B and 10x40 B models which can also be easily operated with gloves and has an easy-to-feel marking for the zero position. Internal focusing for optimum waterproofness and sealing against dust. Push-pull eyecups which can be locked in position (viewing without eyeglasses). Further practical benefits: Waterproof in compliance with DIN 58 390 80. Filled with nitrogen to prevent internal fogging. Rubber-armored to provide improved grip in rain and cold.

FYI google calculator can do those sort of conversion for you:

http://www.google.com/search?q=710+grams+in+ounces

710 grams = 25.044513 ounces

Plenty of other units too ...

EDIT: BTW, I think I got the last one ...
