Other then running the 308 brass through a set of 7MM-08 dies, would I need to do anything else to the brass to make 7MM-08 brass

Nope. Just will have a 308 headstamp so be carefull if you have both. If you do have both I highly recommend you just purchase correct headstamped brass for each.

Thank you thats what I thought. I do not have a 308 anymore but have a few 100 brass.

Ive used 308 brass to make 708 brass, just ran them thru my Lee 708 dies and that was that, just make sure they chamber in your rifle before you load them up, and mark your cartridge holder to indicate these are 308 brass necked down to 708 so when you pass someone that inherits your loads wont shoot them in a 308.
