Excellent condition. Glass is pristine. A light mark or two. A few marks on windage cap edge. No obvious ring marks. Scratch marks (for what who knows)........on bottom of scope by serial #. See the pics. Not visible when mounted.

Cabelas “Return” mark (III with /).

That is how they marked scopes/binos that were returned so they didn’t get ripped off from somebody returning an item a second time for a full priced refund in the Bargain Cave…Doesn’t mean anything is wrong or defective with the scope necessarily, just that it is a return.
Unfortunately, many would take advantage of Cabelas liberal return policy….a lot of people would buy new merchandise, use it on a hunt and then return it for a refund.

Loved Cabelas business model(satisfaction guaranteed)they were a great company that sold great merchandise at one time. Unfortunately, Bass Pro has not kept the quality standards that Cabelas once had.🙁
