A big question might be, did he ever give up his citizenship by claiming to be a citizen of Kenya or Indonesia. Or, would such a claim negate your U.S. citizenship. I think he did claim foreign citizenship once upon a time but got a court order to seal all his records. Obama is a constitutional scholar, maybe we should ask him.

Guessing Joe will go one term or less and he’ll bulldoze things through most career Dems would seem toxic. I hate to say it but we’ve only just begun to see the horrors coming. Then he resigns on his own or just coats it out. He’s already said he won’t be the President to maintain Afghan conflict. He’s thinking he’ll be criticized short term and canonized decades from now. With the end of his political career in sight and no guarantee of life quality beyond he’s a lot more dangerous than some think.

That is only when the parent has citizenship in another country other than the U.S.. Obama's mother was only a USC. Obama is a USC through her and that's it. Her age is of no concern.

It's wrong because a child born in the USA to 1 or 2 illegal immigrants is a citizen of the USA without any of your parameters. I am not saying that this should be, just that it is
Y'all are assuming that He was born in Hawaii. The evidence suggests otherwise. Even if born in Africa, She could have still conveyed citizenship, if She fit the criteria, which She did not. While we are talking Obama, please explain His Social Security number. miles

Personally, I think it's time for the GOP to go through a purge of RINOs, in the same way the Demoncrats purged all of their moderates after Gore lost to Bush.
Should have started 4 years ago. The problem I see is that it will take quite a few election cycles to get rid of them. How far down the communist cesspool will this country fall before this ship can be righted? Third party is the only viable solution I see.

Regardless of whether Joe stays or goes and Kum-mal-laa replaces him as POTUS, the GOP must win back the house and senate to render anything coming from the WH and the demCRAP party for the following two years completely useless.
That presumes the GOP would do something they've never really done before...stand united in opposition to the left.
