Nope. These predate the perma-centermodel. Also, they have 26mm tube.

26MM I have one with a post very nice scope, think of it as a lyman Alaskan on Steriods!

I had a set of redfield rings that I lapped a little extra, and it worked fine without leaving nastys in the scope. If you massage em, it can be done.
