Excellent condition, seldom seen, H&R 301 Mannlicher Carbine in 30-06. H&R introduced the 301's to compete with the Browning Safari's and used nothing but quality components in each build. They used Sako, Mauser and Yugo Mauser actions. This one features a Yugo Mauser with an 18" Douglas Air Gauged barrel, Fajen custom stock with a Sako trigger and bottom metal. The checkering in the stock was all done in house, by hand, by H&R. None of the 301's are production anything, all hand fitted and built, using only premium, quality, parts and only built when there was an order for one. Carbine has a steel Redfield one piece mount and rear windage ring and front twist in in it with a Swarovski Habicht 3-9x36 NOVA scope with duplex reticle. Absolutely no slouch here, very accurate firearm that has accounted for more than its share of deer. Also includes a set of Butler Creek flip open caps and an Allen zippered soft case. A true classic! $1100 shipped to your FFL from me, a non FFL. If shipping from a FFL is required it's $50 extra (what I'm charged and what it is around here). Just shipped another rifle to CA, and total everything, it was over $80 to get it there. Additional pics on request and I'll add them to the post. If I didnt have 8-10 30-06 rifles and a Steyr Mannlicher 30-06 I'd snatch this one up!

Good for you let's get these older gun out and uses them this year. Going to hunt with my 1952 Marlin .35 just whitetail around here. Good luck on getting an elk!
