I haven't seen 'em all but of the four Model 77 Rugers in 220 Swift here...a blued/walnut 77 and three MK II's with the stainless barrels and laminated target stocks.... all are short actions. The action screw spacing on the short actions is approx. 3/8" different than the long action 25-06 here.
