Does anyone know if a Renegade with a single trigger can be tuned down to say 3-4#'s?

Thompson will do it for you free I believe. They did Mine when I sent on in for repair. In truth they replaced the set trigger with a single.

Um, yeah. You can do quite a bit for a Renegade trigger just by polishing the innards, don't have to remove metal or reshape it, just smooth up the rough spots. I had a Big Boar, which is, for practical purposes, a .58 Renegade, with a crappy trigger that I fixed just by polishing some rough spots out. Got a Custom Shop Renegade .58 now that needs the same treatment, but it's got the set trigger. Set, it's fine, so I haven't monkeyed with it, but unset it's pretty aweful and I ought to give it an attitude adjustment.
