Stopped by my Toyota Dealer yesterday for an oil change on Laura's Sienna... Those guy love us... I got on the list for the new LC... LOL... Trading a Sienna (and a few dollars) for what is going to be the most sought after vehicle in America here shortly... https://www.toyota.com/upcoming-vehicles/landcruiser/

My Son in Law just bought a 2021 model for my Daughter and Grandson to use. That thing is a tank!
He wanted something that would offer them protection in the event of a collision. I think it will do the job. A Corolla definitely doesn't want to run into it.

What is the price running on the new ones? Being "Marketed" at $50k... About the same price as a kinda deluxe Prius.

I like the retro look. I'd rather have a bench in front and put the shifter on the column, though.

Looks like a nice ride. My guess is Toyota will only build the higher end models for the first couple of years. This will keep the price around $60K or more before dealer mark ups.
My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.

A 2.4L turbo hybrid.
Hope they have better luck with it than the tundras did with their new turbo motors.
I like older Toyota’s. Toyota of today has seemingly jumped the shark. Time will tell.
