Who makes a decent free-float M-LOK handgauard that's inexpensive? This would be going on an Anderson with a 16.5" barrel with carbine gas.

I’ve used these before with no issues.

Another one to look for that can be found under $100 is an Expo Arms one. Their combat versions I believe are said to be made by CMT.

I used one of these recently on a budget truck gun build & it is much better than I expected.

It's not an SLR or even a BCM, but it's 100% functional with a long, strong barrel nut & it's stiff enough for any sane use.

Take a look at CDNN. They have pages of inexpensive free floats listed. The ones I have installed have been fully functional.

Check these guys out. I have a couple of them. They are good quality for the price and made in the USA if that matters to you.

79S, those look pretty impressive. What really impressed me are all the positive reviews from satisfied customers.

I've been using the aero S-one lately. They are more money but I did find so.e a while back around $120. I've been watching for another deal like that to come up but haven't seen one lately.

Anyone know who's got the best deals on 15" aero S-ones? I may have to switch brands to something cheaper too.

I want to build lightweight ARs for each of my kids. I'd like some lighter weight m lock ones that also have a circle hole for a qd sling on each side.

Hey, that link sucks LOL

But on another topic of handguards, reasonably priced quality goods, your White Oak Armament recommendation was spot on. I now have both a TR M-lok and a Varmint tube. The Varmint Tube is hell for stout. Good stuff! Thanks

Ok, link worked when it was posted so maybe Midway changed something...............updated here:

Stoner V2 Ultralight Handguard

Works now when I tested it.

Yeah, the WOA rails are very stiff & strong & as a result are just a little on the heavy side & have to be rated as a good buy.

The Stoner referenced here is light, not as stiff as the WOA's but fine for most use.

My really strong preference is still SLR's IonLite but very pricey, even when on sale, but just an all-around superb rail.

Took a look. SLR sure has great options for handguard lengths, rail positions, QDs, proper anodizing, nitrided hardware etc! Thanks for the information. Those ARE sale prices!

SLR Ion barrel nut.
