Marinate it in something salty, then grill it. Cut across the grain. That's one of my favorite cuts.

Cut to size, marinate for about 1/2 hour in water and baking soda, and do a stir fry.

Get some stove top stuffing Follow directions. Place steak in greased cake pan. Pack stuffing across the top and put a bit of brown gravy over it before or after cooking it in oven at 350 and back until 165 degrees
If God wanted you to walk and carry things on your back, He would not have invented stirrups and pack saddles

The carrot nubs are out of place in the dish, and that's not the way to slice the peppers either.

Your best bet with what you post in this forum is to buy TV dinners and microwave. I'm pretty convinced you are nothing more than a troll though.
It'll do the food you destroy a bit of justice and will maybe stop your pollution of this forum of folks actually cooking and sharing ideas and recipes and dishes. You are not contributing. Same reason I don't post in the handgun forum. I don't shoot much handgun and am not a pro and don't have much to offer. Hint there....
Hit the button for 1, 2, or 3 minutes on the microwave....

I hate to be that guy, the know it all, but that surely looks like a flank steak, not a skirt. I much prefer skirt. The grains of the meat is different, almost like an accordion. I cook skirt often. Season it, keep it simple, grill on hot fire, medium rare, the trick is cutting it correctly. Found this to illustrate the difference

You got a flank steak there. Here’s a skirt steaks, marinated in carne asada seasoning, garlic, white onion, shallot, cilantro and good bear. One of my favorite cuts of meat
