Really was wanting to watch Alabama get that ass kicked but wanted to hunt also, so I climbed into my ladder stand and was watching the game on my phone, this ole boy slipped in at 35 yards and I put him down, sometimes killing these Tennessee deer is just too easy.

That is a great looking rack, Jtown. What cartridge were you shooting out of your Ruger?

The 280 is a deer killing machine. Nice work.

You obviously made the right choice! I can remember my dad passing on a superbowl party to go get on a stand. He ended up killing probably the best buck he ever took with a bow.
Now with even more aplomb

Hunting vs watching football? Is this really a contest?
Lucky for me the Apple Cup was on Friday (took the day off and it was raining like hell). Woof, woof, woof!!! Freed up my Saturday for hunting. If only UM had beat OSU too . . . and the Beav's won the Civil War.
