There are a lot of historical reasons why seed oils were promoted and pushed into our food supply. But today anti-meat groups are continuing to carry the false narrative for their ideological reasons. PETA and the other anti-meat groups are aggressively pushing their dietary lies on us to support forcing vegan lifestyles on us.
A few years ago a vegan leftist at my workplace who was pretty honest about his views told me his goal was to make eating meat as socially unacceptable as smoking tobacco.

I get pure coconut oil at the dollar store for $1.25 for a 7.25 ounce jar. I use olive oil and real butter also but olive oil has gotten ridiculously expensive.
