Eventually the "ultimate upland gun" I'd like to acquire is the Beretta Ultra-Light 2 3/4"-only 12Ga O/U (a $2000-gun, that weighs 5.8 lbs), but the CZ's are an incredible bargain for what's being offered.
I've looked at the Baikal's/Remington Spartan's, NEF Pinnacle, and other entry-level O/U's, plus I once owned one of the [heavy] Ruger Red Label's. Until I can better afford a Beretta or two, I'd rather give my $$ to CZ!
And besides the 20Ga Canvasback that's first on my list, someday I'd also like to add a 28Ga O/U, too. Have a set of Hornady 28Ga dies for my DL266's, along with the standard die-sizes.
