Kid, we still have the two 6.7 bale bed pickups but I'm always just window shopping and seeing what these good shape used outfits go for.

I'm gonna hold out another year or two and maybe order an F350 with the 7.3 gas to replace my aging 6.0 diesel.

For the time being I'm quite content to drive an old pickup!

George this is just an idea to check on. A lot of these outfits who sell flatbeds for pickups also sell take off boxes. Some are literally new. Doors, rocker and cab corners are buy able.a good body shop could have looking sweet again for a hell of a lot less than a newer unit. Just a thought do as you like. Mb

Chevy dealer here is gouging….$9000 over sticker for a Tahoe.
GMC and Toyota not so much. GMC lot is full…Toyota mostly empty. The mailings for the we want your car have stopped. Dodge lot is loaded with new trucks.

Been on the highway recently and Dodge/Jeep haulers are everywhere

Friend is a Chevy dealer and said the days of Chevy overproduction have probably come to an end.

The exact same version of my ram 2500 (model/specs/color) that I purchased new in Oct of 2019 for $42000, is setting on the dealers lot right now at 54k….😳

What are opinions on diesel vs. gas? Was looking at a Chevy Colorado ZR2 trim with turbo diesel but at 72 don’t know if it’ll pencil out by being driven enough. As above, I do tow a boat but they also have 6 cyl 3.0 liter that apparently has decent towing capability.

Have a friend with the Colorado and diesel - he loves it. Pulls a loaded party pontoon with it all the time. Gets good mpg etc.

He's not a truck or diesel guy - just happened to buy one.
