Hey Guys, I found out recently that Tim McWhorter is no longer with McWhorter custom rifles and has gone out on his own and started a company called Flat Creek Precision Rifles. I am in no way associated with his company just giving guys a heads up and company info. I'm having him build me a 7 SAUM and look forward to getting it. As most of you no he started McWhorter custom rifles and is truly one of the great gunsmiths. Super nice guy and would love to hear from you guys. Bumping this purely to say that recently I have discussed a rifle build with both Allan at McWhorter and Tim/Charlie at Flat Creek.
Very difficult decision as I honestly believe both will turn out a great piece.
If I was more foolish I’d order the exact rifle from both to compare. That would be cool….
But as for me and my house we will serve the Lord. Joshua 24:15

I Think Both Would Shoot You Straight And Either Would Do a Jam You Job For You. ALL I'm Gonna Say About a Partnership...Is What I Was Told Long Ago By a Old Wize Man..That The Only Ship That Won't Float Is a Partnership.. No Matter How Nice The Partners Are...Just Never Seems To Work Out.. But I Do Hope Tim and Alan Both Well.
