1965 Ruger 10/22. Looked for years before I found one.

Cheapskate here, have to mix my own & drink at home.

Never had much luck with a 10/22 in a few configurations until I ponied up. Schtick made fun of me for wanting one, but so far it's been good to me. Thinking you mentioned one also Six, & winning with it.

Need a new pic, now wearing a NF as it started with, & a Greyboe Terrain w/M5 bottom metal. Last month, factory 5R barrel had 50 rounds through it without cleaning. Fired cold bore to check the stock change in zero. .5 L .5H, fired 2 more to confirm, .3 three shot group @100. 2 clicks down & right, shoot confirm, reset knobs to zero. Dang gun kicks a bit more than my 260's or 6CM & doesn;t shoot as flat or as far. But simply have to keep it around.

Ain't that somethin? a couple customs here with Kriegers that shoot damn good, but a doggone $800 factory rifle always waiting to kick one ovum's ass. I love it!

Kidds are top shelf. They work as described 100%. Nice rig my friend.

Factory barrels can be great shooters as well. Always test drive them before wanting to spend money needlessly. Save it for the ammo.

The Eagle Wi, target go my attention. So I looked & there is an Eagle & an Eagle River, so no connection. But I had a bud in ER & I whitetail hunted up there one late Nov. Have spent weeks in Rocky Mtn. high country in late Oct. early Nov. 4 feet of snow. But never,,,,,,,, been colder than I was in Eagle River one Thanksgiving week. Some hardy folks for sure. Is that where you're from?

Pennsylvania born. Just south a Buffalo. Well aware of snow and cold. Not a fan of either.
