Gents. We all have long standing Pards that we have shared hunting and fishing camp with. Many a bitter cold day and night, sunny beautiful days inthe mountains. LOTSA drinks by the 'fireside. 20 years on the job with the cops and we had many of the incredibly hilarious things happen and some of the absolute hairiest things happen. Then they are gone. No explanation. Just gone. Tough to wrap one's mind around. Now his name goes on the R.I.P. list on the camp plaque.

We each have our time to go. This was just his. It sounds like he went while doing something he loved. I hope we're all so lucky. I'm truly sorry for your loss, and it is a loss, that kind of friend just isn't replaceable. I'll pray that our Father in Heaven will bring peace and healing both to your heart and to the hearts of the loved ones he left behind.

Long time friend and colleague,worked with him for 20 years before he retired. He had been a regular drop in visitor to our hunting camp. Killed in a motorcycle accident last night. US Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War. Roy Edwardson. Goodbye FRIEND,Be at Peace. Jim, Sorry for your loss... Prayer and condolences to you and his family and friends... peace be with each of you..
