The short story is a got back on a streetbike in 2019 on a Ninja 400 after a 36 year layoff. Went down the rabbit hole in 2020 doing my first trackday on a ZX14R and after the second trackday on the Kawasaki bought an R1 and never looked back. The last two of 2023, COTA Labor Day weekend and Barber mid-October. COTA is fantastic, and so is Barber with a phenomenal track and stellar motorcycle museum.

I will turn 60 next season and hope to be at it when I turn 70.

I was 185 lbs at COTA and 192 lbs at Barber, getting the weight off has seriously made life so much more fun!

Heck yeah bud! I am going to go to the Barber Small Bore Rally in June. If possible and practical I am going to do a track day on my ADV150.
