Favorite meatloaf recipe. I do think it’s a bit salty as written. Cut the salt in 1/2 and fry up a sample.

Free forming the loaf is the way. Leave the loaf pan in the cupboard.

couple things i add to my meatloaf blend is some jalapeno juice ,i put BBQ sauce top and bottom with 3 pieces of bacon top and bottom chopped up.

Do a search for "stovetop dressing meatloaf", tried is last month, came out pretty good. 1 to 1.25 lb ground meat, 1 package stovetop stuffing (I used Savory), diced onion, 1 egg. Mix it all together, bake a 350 for some period of time I don't remember.
