Little Pop-up Campers local; $23 - $27K , vehicles/boats/campers - crazy prices.
I commented that here that it was going to happen, utility trailers prices skyrocketed 3+ years ago. Quite a few places have 2022 trailers sitting faded on their Lots. These business people who think they can keep marking things up because material & labor costs ++ are feeling it now.
I was in business for many years- when the economy slows -- news flash >>>you have to lower your prices ! ! !

I've got a 22 foot fiberglass pontoon boat- - - - -gave $1500 for it and the owner threw in a 16 foot runabout for free! Both of them with 80 HP Johnson 2 stroke outboards.

It amazes me what folks will spend on a boat/camper that the only use a few times per year.

most around here are nothing like that behemothand only have 40-50 horse single motor
Pull em with a Ford Fkn Ranger yee yee!!!

Well, that's an extreme Pontoon, but most in that category would be Tri-toons. The fastest out of Cinci used to be a Tri with a 540 Chevy, but that's ben a decade or 2.
But as far as sticker shock,,,,, boats might be runaway in price as bad or worse than most toys. Just crazy. Like everything these days I guess.

I torn on pulling the trigger on a $600 4 stroke air cooled outboard motor on Amazon.
Pretty slick little setup - no oil/gas mixing, its air cooled so no impeller nonsense and it has a gas tank on it (albeit not much larger than a gas tank on a leaf blower).
but its rated at 9hp.
That's the kind of boating financial decisions I'm dealing with

more power to ya if you can buy thus twin 250HP Suzukis. Reminds me of the “party barge” song. Would have no use for that here.
