Just mowing, garage cleaning, building shelves, tomato plants, scrapping heat pumps. No one want to see that 😃
Now, mrs slumlord is building a 14x10 bedroom addition, i can get some pics later. Maybe make a thread on it. Too many recent surgeries for me help with construction work. She has it under control. Supposed to start cypress plank ceiling this week. All her thing plus her day job.

If you work 40 hrs/wk: at 5% inflation and after 5 years, you need a 28% pay raise or to work 44 more hours (*one full extra week* per month+) to make up the difference.

Jim, have you checked with NRCS about high tunnels/ caterpillar tunnels? They used to have a grant program for them to assist rural areas with producing fresh produce. As always, there's strings attached or something I heard. I keep threatening to do one, seems one must come up with the up front purchase cost and then you get reimbursed.

She's planting directly in the soil. There's some tarps and weed barrier in there temporarily.

I know several folks who have went into the greenhouse business, to a man heating costs drove them out of it. Most used "free" firewood they cut. Or oil. The cost for either is substantial. I'd think it would be much worse for Jim.
