One or the other has to happen for someone to be a special prosecutor. He was plucked from the private sector by Garland and given nearly unlimited power. That violates federal regulations and if the judge determines this that means he has no legal standing to even bring forth charges. And it won't just be this case, that impacts the SCOTUS case as well since Justice Thomas has already spoken about it. Suck on that LIBs. You get out of life what you are willing to accept. If you ain't happy, do something about it!
