Anybody coming to a hunting forum asking for medical advice is a fool. But since you asked I suggest amputation at the base of the neck.

In all seriousness, asking us for medical advice is a bad move. You should have already been to see your doctor.
For the sake of conversation, I'll give you my experience. When I had a knot under my jaw, I thought it was an infection. A second knot came up on the other side. It was finally diagnosed as stage 4 cancer. If this scares you and makes you see a doctor, GOOD.
