Are there any particular years or models to avoid? Looks like the post war models have a narrow spur and that's kind of a turn off. I'm not interested in collectibility so paying extra for a rarer model or earlier model is not something I want to do.

Any thoughts about the Colt Trooper or Officer's 22lr?
