Just curious. How long has this forum been around?

My idea of being organic is taking a dump in the woods.

I came here in December of 2000 and I am member number 100. It is nice to know that several I consider great ones here were here before me and still going strong. Ken Howell and Waders are two that come to mind but there are several still posting with double digit member numbers.

"How old?" Two words that still sponsor rumblin' chuckles!

In his day, tycoon Gar Wood was famous for two things (a) his age (in his eighties) and (b) his hobby (racing his boats).

The Editor of a certain prominent northern newspaper was notorious for his totally unnecessary last-minute nagging of his reporters.

It was mandatory to include, in any report of any boat race where Gar Wood was racing, the old man's age a crucial necessity that no reporter was unaware of or dared to neglect.

The night before a highly publicized boat race, the Editor wired his reporter on the scene "HOW OLD GAR WOOD?"

The reporter had had enough of that nagging. He wired back "OLD GAR WOOD FINE. HOW YOU?"

Who could be #1?
