Over the roll? Under the roll? Stand it on top of the tank?

Stand alone. It allows for a speed wrap around your hand to slide off into a nice already made fold.

roll has to be over the top and i keep a spare roll on top of the tank. I go through paper pretty quick. I buy the 24 packs.

Toilet paper. Ahhh....something I can get my mind around.
Conservatives = over the top/out the front
Liberals = on the bottom/behind the roll
All has to do with logic.
Edited to add: I am not kidding about the Conservative/Liberal thing. Every home I have been in that has the toilet paper coming out in the back is in a Liberal bent home.

Funny thread ......... When our kids were small, it had to go under because they loved to see the pile-up of paper as they sat there & spun the roll. Now it's over-the-top. My daughter-in-law had to have one over & one under in different bathrooms when she & my son were first married. They're still together so I guess compromise works in their house.

Everyone I knew with it around the back was a cat owner, that way when the cat played with it, it just rolled tighter. If you hang it from the front, you lose it.

It must come over the top or the ladies will assure that it's a discussion topic at the next staff meeting. Even with a small family of three, I am amazed at the volume of paper that a septic tank can digest.
I'd most certainly hate to go back to the catalog days. Those pages were about as effective as waxed paper.
Going to be a tough winter for the midwest folks that rely on cob.

I can think of a few places I would like to un-roll the paper and roll it back up dragging a poison ivy leaf across it.

I can't stand a holder, either on the tank or on the floor next to my magazine holder filled with American Rifleman, Guns and Ammo, Field and Stream, and so on.
