They're all drunk at these concerts and most of them are that way 7 days a week.

Many of them are not in a good mood because they had to work a double shift at Wal-Mart to be off the night of the show.

Not to mention that the ticket cost them a weeks pay.

Many of them are in pain from being kicked by goats during sexual encounters in the parking lot and the other half are mad and sexually frustrated because they forgot to bring a goat. .

So as you can see it's a toxic environment for mayhem to break out.

Classic troll. I love it! Even better than the OP.

I like Kenny Chesney, personally, but wouldn't care to attend a concert of his. Come to think of it there aren't many I would care to attend... the OP's story/pics good reasons why.

Still would love to see the Stones live... Tom Petty too...

Sounds like a typical obama voter.
I'm sure you would count me in this group, and I'm proud of it.

On another note, while i don't agree with the littering, an event with lots of beer, a few good fights, and not very many cops sounds like a great time to me.

He had a real "twang" in his voice in those days that I don't hear now. As someone mentioned in an earlier post, a country version of Jimmy Buffett is a very good description for many of his newer songs.
i was up there at that time also. I liked going to see brian and the nightmares at quarterbacks.

Having worked EMS at probably 100+ concerts of all types and probably 1 1/2 times as many sporting events and that mess is par for the course anymore. Anywhere you congregate 25,000- 50,000 people in one area you get a mess.

We have 2 huge outdoor venues here is WA one that even allows camping on sight, that mess is a weekly occurrence whether the venue is rock, rap, country, it just doesn't matter. Hell the worse carnage I've seen (and we see very year) comes from the Dave Matthews concert. they are primarily folks in their late 30's to late 50'd . The Gorge staff cleans the parking lot nightly and its like that every day for 4 days.

To conclude its specific to a particular entertainer or type of music shows a vast lack of reality for our current society as does claiming that any particular type of music had "dumber fans"! NNot guessing here as I deal with it all of the time.

And for the record I enjoy country music and most would call me a redneck even though I have a nice house, nice vehicles, college degree with honors, little debt and make 6 figures annually. Nope being a redneck has nothing to do with what happened.

My favorite Kenny story includes Tim McGraw where they took a cops wife for a horse ride and he "tried" to ticket them both for some crazy reason only to get the case and charge dropped...Poor cop with poor judgement.

Kenny/Tim McGraw with Faith Hill have rented a U-Haul with a keg or two in the back and go to some bars and and play music for free and talk to the people.

All good people in my mind.

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) The excitement over Kenny Chesney Saturday proved to be a little too much for some people with the night ending with several fights and numerous arrests.

Hes the most lucrative act on tour and his appearances on the North Shore are daylong events. And as theyve grown, so have the problems.

Police say 49 people were arrested inside Heinz field during the concert, with another 24 arrests taking place near the venue on the North Shore. Police say most of the arrests were for disorderly conduct, public intoxication and aggravated assault.

Additionally, police say at least 10 large fights broke out and 150 people were treated for various medical needs. Another 45 people were taken to medical facilities as well

Kenny Chesney fans also left a wake of trash following the concert. Large groups of tailgaters left behind a sea of debris in the Heinz Field parking lot.

The Kenny Chesney crowd is the most difficult crowd for our staff to work with of any of the events of the year, says Merril Stabile, president of ALCO Parking.

In fact, the Chesney crowd has earned such a reputation that even police were hesitant to face the mess.

We had a hard time getting police a lot of police didnt want to work this event, Stabile said.

And problems started long before the concert, with the No Shoes Nation arriving before the lots were supposed to open, leading to lots of traffic on the highways
You probably could say 80 to 90 percent of the people there are acting responsibly, but even 20 percent of 50,000 people getting out of control is pretty bad, Stabile said.

The mess on the North Shore almost defies description and even Monday, you could still smell the remnants of Saturday.

It smells horrible, you can smell the beer and the urine, said Harletta Walker of Ross Township. They cleaned up the trash, but they should have run the street sweeper through here, its horrible.

It is believed that he is a closet homosexual, so it is reasonable to think that a lot of his fans are also. A lot of pent-up aggression there.

.
I've always been under the impression he is a queer type! His first and only marriage was for 'looks' only and he's never been tied to any female before or since then.
