What are they breaded with? Fine ground corn bread stuffing, AP flour, paprika, S&P, cayenne pepper, cumin, a lick of saffron and another spice or three. Dry breaded (no egg wash). Peppered malt vinegar and coriander/mustard tartar sauce.

Thanks kindly, Ghostman. Roger has become a trusted and good friend, and is welcome in my home anytime, any place. He's also as goofy as I am about chasing feesh. Hard to beat a good friend's company, doing what both love, have spent a lifetime doing, and are getting done what we set out to do.
