No big story...Been whitetail hunting last few days, seeing plenty of deer, passed up a several small bucks. Action was a little slacked on Thanksgiving day, maybe because of this turd eater cruising the neighborhood.

Anyway, he made it to within 50 yards of my stand before taking a 165 gr Nosler green tip from a .308 win. (1970s model 788)

Second one I've killed in this exact same terrain feature. (Three ridges terminate into central dry creek channel. Large male also last year. I had to set my cold drank down to bust his ass. Pepsi pro staff.

Killed on private land, family farm, landowner exemption and yeah... 900 yards 'out-the-back-door'

I left the yote and the can at the bottom of the holler, yeeehawww !!

Renegade will get that can, he collects aluminum and other strange forms of scrap metal. He's collects housedogs and old refrigerators. He will also insist we go retrieve that carcass from down in there.
