I am wondering if any of you've shot the 300 IB for game and or target out of a 375 or 375 AI or Wby and if so what are you comments and thoughts on it?

I picked up a box today and am gonna give them a run in my 375 Wby.

Thx

Mark D

Tried some on paper with my H&H and it just loved 'em. Very accurate using 77 gr. of H4350.

I haven't tried the IB but have the ABs and my .375 doesn't like them. But this is what my .375 does with the 270-gr. TSXs; It is easily averages less than I can consistenly hold (measured ave. of ten 3-shot groups is .73"; and this is my best of the groups with 77.5 grs of H4350 and OAL of 3.64"; it's not fast at 2575 fps but will be my load for plains game next year.
Oh yea,....this is from a Blaser R93.

I've been sort of hoping Hornaday would come out with Interbonds in 270 or 300 gr spire points.............maybe with the new 375 cartridge a few new products will fall out of the bushes.........

sdgunslinger-that would be nice, when I saw they made a 300 I got kind of excited and then I bought a box and saw that they have a BC about like a rock.

Gents, there's an interesting report over on the "other' forum regarding subejct bullets (in 416) that failed to penetrate on a buffalo. Steve Hornady himself was there doing the testing. Food for thought....jorge
