I fry chicken thighs with the skin on mostly to get the rendered fat. 8 big thighs render a lot of fat. Stuff is awesome.

Could it be that accurate testing and medical records were also rare?

Are you a graduate of the slappy hampster school of medicine, theology, and martial arts?

So you didn't watch the videos either? I'm just the messenger. If you don't like it, take it up with the docs and researchers who reached the conclusion that seed oils are bad for you.

Or maybe there is what statisticians call confounding factors. Look it up.

I heard ice cream causes crime. People eat more ice cream in the summer and the crime rates are higher in the summer.

Of course I did not watch the videos. I know for a fact from other sources and research that seed oils are not bad for you.

Just as with animal fats, not all vegetable or seed oils are equal.....or necessarily healthy.

They extract the seed oils using solvents to get the oil out of the pulp of the seeds that they then evaporate off. Then they hydrogenize it to make it stable and have a longer shelf life. So the seed oils we have now are processed and consumed in a way that humans never did before. I’ll stick with lard.

Eat plants and animals. And eat their fat too.

I don't know what a canola is, but I don't eat that fat.
