...and I feel a bit ridiculous about it. Got it for a stupid good deal (40% of retail) through a well connected friend in the hunting industry. God help me it’s chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor to make it worse. Haven’t shot it yet. Certainly is different. Let the mocking begin.

I have the same rifle. I bought it from a friend who also had a Q Fix and didn’t need both. So far, I really like it. My folder locks up tight and the gun has shot very well with factory Hornady. People bitch about the recall, it the gun checked a lot of boxes for me. Also, I believe Dave Tooley is spinning up barrels for it

It's not something I'd buy, but if it works for you, that's all that matters. You can't argue with the accuracy that Gtscotty posted. Unless he shot those at 25 yards......

Exactly what I think everytime I see some blued steel with a tree corpse bolted to it, but as you said, to each their own. 25 yards is too long for me, I do my best work 10 and in.

Looks like a chassis with a folding stock? Seems like nice platform.

I'm excited to learn how this one goes. And when the 6 Creedmoor (and maybe the 22 Creedmoor) will follow.

No shade - I want one but haven’t found one. Among the trad guns there is always room for something new. Keep sharing what that rig does.

Why are you helping Sig take over the world? No one else seems to want to make a rifle that checks all the boxes: - Light-ish weight - Short barrels threaded appropriately for cans - Excellent accuracy - Long mag boxes (AICS) - Enough stock adjustment to perfectly fit pretty much anyone - Reasonable price for us poors -Easy barrel swaps is also a plus (although Tooley is the only one I've heard of turning barrels for the Sig thus far) I'd prefer a safety that locks the bolt, but, I decided that all the Pros overcome that con. My rifle is part of the recall, so I'll be sending it in when the return box from Sig gets here. Looks like a chassis with a folding stock? Seems like nice platform. It looks like a receiver in chassis rifle, but the receiver is actually integral to the chassis/frame. The folding stock locks up solidly.

Nothing I'd be interested in... old dog, new trick thing but whatever scratches your itch is fine by me!
