Oh man not you too… toots and burns are understandable but I’ve always respected you as reasonable. Hahaha! Yep. Always remember, the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.

The term reflects a childish understanding of global politics.
More of an insult to the user than the intended target. when someone never travels more than 50 miles from their place of birth its bound to happen. Funny how easily he laps up Biden propaganda and is proud that he laps up Biden jiz says the Russian bot

On this thread alone, the 1st grade level name calling is 10 to one Putin puffers to those opposing the second Russian invasion of Ukraine. We can all forgive Jag, ‘cause we all know he’s not right; the rest have no excuse except the fact they are acting like children.

Great friends indeed. You do realize that a person can recognize Russia isn’t a bosom buddy while at the same time recognizing that Ukraine is the most corrupt country in Europe and a Gov that the Biden Family Syndicate has gotten substantial sums of money from.

No where will you see me championing the liberation of Ukraine. I'm just happy to see Vlad bleed out his military there. But make no mistake, the corruption in Ukraine is just beginning. I just hope the Republicans don't get too happy with our tax dollars attempting to "aid" reconstruction. The future of Ukraine is a European problem, not a US problem.

The US intel agencies would never push Russia to use nuke weapons. That would never happen Russia steals an estimated $600 billion a year in intellectual property theft from the US.

I could be mistaken, but I think it's far from over. Russia is very reticent about its plans, so it's impossible to know what's going on in Moscow. It's also impossible to know what's going on in the Pentagon.
It will all depend on if the crazies in the U.S. government continue stirring the schitt in Ukraine like they've been doing since 2014.

The future of Ukraine is a European problem, not a US problem. When has a Rep had a backbone? The former VP has made it clear that there is no limit to what we’ll spend there and Reps have done nothing at all but express “concern”.

Ukraine = Russian birth control Kind of like the Iran Iraq war. If both sides lose we win. Since Russia's demonstrated they have no intention to play nice on the world stage, a weak Russia benefits the U.S. I don't really care who's weakening the Russians, Afghanistan, Chechen's. So long as the bleedings done by someone else, I'm happy to supply them the weapons... Never woulda had you pegged as a globalist. I'm not a globalist in the traditional pejorative manner in which you mean it. Let me remind you, I'm an economist, and to paraphrase Milton Freidman, No system has done more to raise the common man out of poverty than Capitalism coupled with mostly free and fair trade. I understand simple economic principle such as specialization, division of labor, and Comparative Advantage, the ladder of which escapes most Fire Members. I suspect there's less than a handful who've even heard the name David Ricardo, let alone understand how he demonstrated the benefit of international trade, even when each country can produce both goods traded between them. So, yes, I'm in favor of an orderly global marketplace because it benefits the U.S. consumer by raising our standard of living. The more everyone plays nice, the more goods and services available to everyone, including you. War's destroy capital, so fewer wars means more capital stock to produce consumer goods. Of course orderly global marketplaces don't just happen. They take leadership, and there's only one nations really capable of leading it, and one that I (mostly)trust to lead it, and that's us. So I'm in favor of a orderly global market place to the extent that it's lead by us, benefits us, and everyone else makes their reasonable contribution. Concerning my views on Russia, I'm an old Cold War Warrior. I served my time in Japan due to it's proximity to the now Former Soviet Union. I was on the front line during it's dissolution and unlike most here I'm not under the illusion that Putin's some kind of benevolent benefactor of the right. He has more in common with Stalin than Trump, and is better at propaganda than either. To me, that's the greatest irony in all of this. All the Q supporters who've fallen for Putin's propaganda as well.
You didn't use logic or reason to get into this opinion, I cannot use logic or reason to get you out of it.
You cannot over estimate the unimportance of nearly everything. John Maxwell

Of course orderly global marketplaces don't just happen. They take leadership, and there's only one nations really capable of leading it, and one that I (mostly)trust to lead it, and that's us. The people who control America's marketplace gutted its manufacturing base and sold it to the low (wages) bidder. They looked at what had been built in America following WW2 and saw it as something to harvest.
