They got fugked by that video. Looks like a traffic cam almost. Dude probably deserved it. Pole cams are mounted in high crime areas, or places where criminal activity is regularly taking place. Dude coulda just put his hands behind his back and got arrested, and there would be no problem. Poorly trained cops, didn't know how to subdue an uncooperative perp.
