We met with the Doctor today. 11 of the 20 samples were cancer. They are waiting a DNA test to come back to see how aggressive is. Three week wait. Cancers are anaerobic, which means they thrive on sugar and starches. Expressed seed oils (corn/canola/sunflower/etc.) are also extremely carcinogenic. Most low-starch dietary fiber, like cabbage, are consumed in the lower GI by gut bacteria, which, in turn, produces lactic acid, which will attack the cancer. Autophagy, is the body's protein recycling strategy when fasting. During prolonged fasts, > 3 days, the body sends out the vikings to destroy and reclaim any protein recognized as "not you." This includes most cancers. So: Quit ALL sugars and starches (which are simply folded, bonded sugar). Quit ALL expressed seed oils. Eat low starch Green fiber, eggs, and fatty muscle and organ meat. Fast for 3-4 days a week or longer. GR Red meat is high in the type of iron that fuels cancer. In which case humans would have been extinct eons ago, killed off by cancer. People have all kinds of theories, some better than others. Bottomline? They don't know for sure. It is however obvious that curing cancer and diabetes would be horrible for business.

Spinach is high in the type of iron that cancer does NOT feed on. Just sayin'. Spinach also has one of the highest level of pesticides. Im more than happy eating meat. Humans have been doing it since we walked this earth

That could very well be true about spinach. I am not denying that. But I will say that since I have started riding a bicycle 13 miles a day, walking 3 miles a day, quit eating red meat, processed sugars, including carbs, and eat mostly Organic fruit/vegetables, legumes, nuts, fish, & local raised chicken/turkey, my PSA numbers have dropped .5 points in 6 months. I also do 3 day water fasts occasionally and praying vigorously. I believe all of my success is because of Jesus, my Lord & Saviour!

Spinach also has one of the highest level of pesticides. Im more than happy eating meat. Humans have been doing it since we walked this earth If you buy vegetables avoid the real pretty ones. Buy the greens with bug holes or the sweet corn with ear worms, the fruit that's a little wormy.If produce makes bugs sick, avoid it.

Curious about OP decided on treatment plan. Was on watch-n-see plan since mine was low grade but 2nd and 3rd opinion are bumping it up since I had a spike in PSA. Surgery for markers on 6/10 and radiation about a month after. 5 doses and done. A lot less than what I went thru in 2013 but still sucks.
Anybody that's gone thru the prostate radiation - how was the recovery? I can't base recovery on my 2013 treatments because there were a lot of other complications.
