None! and research shows vegetable oil and seed oils are the real killers. I posted this because the recommendations of experts have changed so much over time and many people are not aware.

Should be obvious that eating oil made by soaking crushed seeds in solvents, then evaporating the solvents out leaving the oil is not healthy.

Crisco was reformulated decades ago, taking out the cottonseed oil.

I think you need to check the Ingredients of crisco.

If the word “hydrogenated” is in the ingredient list it is industrial lard and should be avoided.

It is all bread and circuses for them until the end.
